Rebel is currently being trained in Claremore OK by Heather and Michael Bonham and ridden by Kels Bonham, an accomplished Jr. rider. he started his jumper career this spring at Hits 2007 Desert Circuit and has been shown on the "AA" circuit in TX and OK at level 5 Jumpers very successfully. this summer he will be shown at Horse Shows by the Bay Series in Traverse City MI and Blue Grass Festival, Lexington, KY.

His sire Rebel Yell is by Glenagyle Rebel out of Neaptide, by Seacrest: He is bred to Jump. His grand sire was a Grade A show jumper and successful stallion, before being exported to Zimbabwe, where he was champion sport horse stallion in “98” His grandmother is by SEACREST, one of the top show jumping stallions in Ireland and sire of “CRUISING”

Rebel's Run's dam is Gala Rose, a thoroughbred mare who was off the track having won 10 races.

Rebel started his professional training in spring of 2006 with Carlie Beisel and started excelling as a Hunter Jumper with a 10 jump. He was shown at his first B rated Hunter Jumper show and placed 1st in Baby Green over fences and was in the top ribbons in all his other classes. His first Combined Training show placed him at 1st Beginner Novice. He competed in his first Beginner Novice level, 3 Day Event at Longview Horse Trails and placed 8th. His second time out at Briar Fox Farm, Wichita, KS, 3 Day Event, he placed 1st in Beginner Novice level 2006. He also was shown last fall at the American Royal Hunter Jumper show very sucessfully with many first places in hunter classes.
